Democracy doesn't die in a day. It dies a slow death. Ironically, it is often killed in the name of saving democracy. And, the ones who are supposed to be, and claim to be, protecting it, are its murderers.
The human brain lacks the ability to intuitively perceive changes which are slow. So unless a human is actively observing the core determinants and rationally evaluating the situation, chances are they wouldn't notice it.

#USElection2020 - look beyond the victory of #JoeBiden #KamlaHarris, and the numbers tell you that #DonaldTrump maintained his hold on the support base - getting pretty much the same vote count as earlier. Chances are, he will be back! This isn't over. (Ofcourse, that is, if he leaves.)
#india - look at the frequency of the #SupremeCourt's questionable verdicts. It is growing at an exponential pace. The last bastion, as it was believed to be, has fallen >> #ArnabGoswami #kunalkamra #stanswamy #SanjivBhatt #SiddiqueKappan #UmarKhalid #kashmir #SafooraZargar
Not sure what will become of the US, but as far as India is concerned, I believe it is too late now. Unless people get on the streets today, to start another independence movement, the democracy in India is almost lost. India will soon be like one of those Latin American 'democracies' - with a façade of elections, a leader who is a puppet of foreign/industrial powers, genocides to take away the attention from the foreign/industrial angle,...
